Maybe in the ocean underwater you could find the crashed space ship like the one in the Flallout3 DLC lol. I never saw that though so I don't even know what it looks like just maybe it would be funny.

What I wouldn't create is a Fallout easter egg...
I'd probably throw in tons of very subtle references to Arena which only those who've played Arena would understand.
And of course a bronze silver egg in a random birds nest

A small figurine of Uriel Septim hidden out in some random cave or in the middle of a forest. You could then collect the figure and put it on display on a cabinet or something in your house. Reason: Uriel Septim was one of my favorite characters from Oblivion.

I'd rather find a very haunting cave in the middle of know where where a dwilting echo whispers: "By Azura, by Azura, by Azura....."

Also you find a mountain called Silver Mountain, at the top is the entrance to an old tomb of a great warrior bard.
