why the hell did you guys give SSoHPKC a copyright for nothing? i really wanna know and if you admins just delete this post that just proves you guys have no respect and proves even further that you guys have no reason for the stupid copyright.

lol well i have about a good 30 friends i can use there comps meaning 30 accounts so idc they will have to ban alot of accounts and whats funny is he technicaly didnt break any copyright law as far as i know about copyright which is more then normal ppl i see no way he could have got a copyright against him for fallout new vegas for his 1st video of it.

in the real world legal copyright issues are discussed between the people involved (and possibly their legal representation) and is not divulged to third parties just cause they demand answers for internet justice.

just found it out.....SSoHPCK is a youtube user who has videos up of NV.....in his newest vid he askes his subscribers to go onto the forums and ask why he was hit with the copyrights....IMO if HE wants to know, then HE should findout HIMSELF

Oh. Well first of all he didn't "get a copyright against him". In fact that statement makes no sense at all. He may have committed copyright infringement though. I assume this is what you meant.

All I know is that if he is using materials in a way that the copyright holder (Bethesda Softworks/Zenimax in this case I assume) deems as an infringement upon their work (and is supported by copyright law of course) then they have every right to make him stop. I listened to his video just now where he's complaining about it but I still don't know what he's doing with their stuff.

Oh and he is completely wrong when he says that a video game is not like a movie or music. In fact they legally all fall under basically the same category when it comes to copyrights.

You know, encouraging people to spam and email and generally harass a company is a bad idea. Most isps have rules about using their services for that kind of thing.

Considering most people don't have a clue who or what you're talking about, ranting and threats aren't going to do much beyond getting your topic locked and your account banned.

There is a "Contact us" link at the bottom of every page. I suggest you use that. The general discussion forums for games don't usually have a lot to do with the legal department.
