Since no one else have answered: Your question is hardly understandable, and you certainly need to provide more info. What tools have you used in which ways, etc.?

Specifically, did you use Wrye Bash or just the CS?

This can be done in 2 ways. One is to make a copy the combined mod, rename it to the mod you want back, delete all files inside that aren't relevant to the mod and save. Then do so for the combined mod to strip out to the content of the mod you just got back. Either that or use something like TESnip or http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8665.
