What the races should look like in your opinion

And Argonians should flick out their tongues to smell, like snakes. Just a nice touch.

And Khajiits should (preferably) lap at beverages out of bowls, instead of using bottles. To be polite, they usually don't, but they like to.

Moorish... now that you say it, the 'flamboyance' that's always given to Redguards does kind of have that Spanish/Portuguese flair, doesn't it?

As for the Altmer, I don't see anything wrong with giving them an Asian peninsular accent. To me, the Orcs always had that central Asian-style rigid formality (hence the Mongolian accent I gave them).

Er, forgot one.

Dremora
Taller, broader and more muscular than the Nords, Orcs and Redguards. Obsidian black skin, with natural red glowing swirly glyphs on their skin. The glyphs become more intricate and glow more as they get older. Hair ranging from obsidian black to a kind of ashen gray. Can have facial hair, but it's not very popular. Have two horns sticking out of the top of their foreheads, which get longer with age. Can also have horns coming from above the ear, coming out of the chin, or a unicorn-style one sticking from the forehead. What a Dremora's horns are like at birth are randomized, but like wisdom teeth, all five (or more) will grow in eventually, if they live long enough. Hair is wild and rough like wire, often bound into ponytails or loose braids. Sharp teeth. Pointed black nails. Eyes are completely black, except for a red glowing slit in the middle of the eyeball. Always seem to be scowling, but that's just the way their faces look; they can actually be very kind and merciful, and are a species big on tactics and the philosophies behind warfare. Voice is a deep, scratchy snarl, with the tiniest echo- the echo becomes more pronounced the older they get. Ears are kind of pointy, in both the tip and the lobe, but not too exaggerated. You'll notice that they have some pointy ridges on their spines, elbows, and knees as they get older.

Golden Saints... well, they look like how they did in Morrowind. Dark Seducers should just look like more interesting Daedra Seducers from Daggerfall.

Err no they can not be "kind and merciful" They are the unearthly enbodiment of mehrunes dagon, demons they are always cruel and ruthless

That one Dremora in Oblivion gave you a chance.

I guess the better word is 'fair' or 'rigid sense of justice'.

Imperials: Tanned skin, Dignified and "proper" appearance. They are diplomatic, but also make well organized and statured fighters.

Bretons: Paler skin (between nord and imperial) slightly shorter than imperials, their ascetic appearance should reflect the lore. Flamboyant and artistic, neat hairstyles and generally "pretty" appearances.

Nords. Simpler looking people. Long, wild hairstyles, Tall stature and sturdy built. Pale skin and a strongly defined facial structure. As well as being "commoner" types the warriors should resemble vikings and celtic highlanders, clan tatoos, celtic knot patterns in tattos, armor, and weapons, and horned helmets.

Argonians. Like lizards. mroeso than Oblivion. They should move like animals (but on two legs) and move with the speed of animals, but have an inability to wear human-style boots.

Khajjit: The picture looks good. I would have also liked a more human Ohmes-raht sort of deal but there's always mods for that later on. Similar movement style to argonians, should move quickly in an animal-like fashion.

Redgaurds: Dark/brown skin obviously. Cropped hairstyles, curly haristyles, and dreadlocks If there were dreadlocks I'd totally play a redgaurd. These should look like people born under the sun, a fairly wiley, untamed, yet dignified appearance.

Orcs: Brutish yet respectable. Clan tattoos on their bodies and faces, scars of war... I like the picture that was posted, but some darker and more desaturated skin would be nicer. Was never a fan of the intense green.

Wood Elf: No more of that short stuff. Braided hairtysles decorated with flowers, these people shouldn't look like a walking joke, they should look elegant, free spirited, and yet nature-temepered (for the most part) they live in the woods, don't make them look like chuckling little imps, make them look like wild spirits with a hardy constitution.

High Elf. Tall, graceful and dignified. Should be somewhat muscular, tall, and have a well balanced frame. These are 'well bred" people and the appearance should probably resemble it.

Dunmer: these are people that have endured thousands of years living in one of the most inhospitable places, and then survived the catastrophic explosion of their homeland. The fires of vvardenfell should burn in their eyes and they should all look hardened and stern :P

Dumner: Just like Morrowind same art, just updated graphics. Morrowind Dumner were perfect. I think they should be ever so slightly taller than imperials, and slightly more athletic in appearance. Please give us back our Morrowind Dumner.
Altmer-:The tallest race, and they should look elongated in a very thin delicate looking way. While tallness as far as lore goes is their defining trait, they aren't necessarily athletic. All varying shades of yellow/gold, only uh not making them ugly this time. And perhaps they should have the most pointy ears as well.
Bosmer: Keep them short please they're SUPPOSED to be short, try to avoid whiny sounding voices though, and make them less ugly.

Nords: They look just fine as they are imo. They should tower over nearly everyone else, but still be noticeably shorter than an altmer while having a strong enough appearance, that they're still more imposing looking than the taller altmer.
Orcs: They should be slightly shorter than the nords, with huge muscles/very thick bones. With very fierce eyes, intimidating voices, and prominent fangs. While nords aren't supposed to be an agile race in particular, orcs shouldn't look even remotely agile.
Imperials: Significantly shorter than orcs, but still taller than Bretons/bosmer. With an average build. They shouldn't look highly frail, but they shouldn't have a particularly intimidating physique either. After all lore wise imperials are less imposing than most other races. Also make them less ugly.
Redguards: They should be taller than imperials, and somewhere close to orcs/nords in height, though perhaps a bit thinner because they're supposed to be rather agile, rather than all brute force.

Breton: They should be in between imperial and bosmer height as the second shortest race, short but noticeably taller than bosmer. With a frail looking appearance somewhat similar to altmer, and maybe slightly pointed ears. Bretons should definitely be the physically frailest looking humans.
Khajit: I'm not sure.
Argonians: Not sure. Logically it would seem in cold conditions that Skyrim argonians would be a bit larger.

I'd like it if Bethesda added somewhat more diverse heights/physiques, other than just trying to not make sure not to make anyone look ugly. I'd comment on khajit/argonians but I never played either much, so I don't feel that's my place to do so.

once they are more diverse than in oblivion im happy , oblivion was not the best for it ,

Argonian -scaly skin

Wood elf - , pointy ears

Dark elfs - green - pointy ears

Orcs - green

Redgaurds - normal

Imperial - normal

Nord - pale

and they all seemed too "clean" as if they just came from a spa , even after battle , once they have more unique characteristics and don't look constantly polished Im happy , I dont mind if its the same , i just think it would be a nicer change :)

No he just let you live so he could use you not because it was "just" or "fair" if he hadn't had use for you ,you would have been attacked on sight.
Also another in correct statement is that they "age" as they do not they are immortal beings that have always been and will always be.

As long as they don't look like they did in Oblivion, with animal heads tacked onto human figures, I'll be happy. I'm not into furries.

More like Morrowind then :)
Anyway I loved the Khajiit ears in dialogues in Oblivion,
I don't want just humans with cat ears like this http://www.boingboing.net/2011/05/05/brainwave-powered-ca.html

The pic with the argonian art-work is really interesting, imo ! Do you also have a single- version of it (with only the argonian - or whatever reptile it should show) ?

The Imperial race should look like ancient Romans:

I'd like to see some Germanic and Scandinavian characteristics in Nords like lots of fair hair and pale eye and skin tones, maybe even slightly freckly. They should have really robust physiques and very large, wide faces with spaced out eyes. Kirsten dunst is the perfect example of what a nord girl's face should be shaped like:
http://www.bittenandbound.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/Kirsten-Dunst.jpg
Thats what I think! :)

I would like to point out that germany is at the center of europe and there is probably not one more mixed population in all europe than the german one.

Stating we would look like the swedish is funny and gives the impression you actually believe the nazi ideology which, yes, definitely strived for that kind of look. But the germans dont look like the swedish.

In practice you can see really all kinds of looks here on the street, including tons of redheads, blondes, and a lot of mediterran types (typically greek or turkish, its quite impossible to distinguish between them).
