Imperials: Tanned skin, Dignified and "proper" appearance. They are diplomatic, but also make well organized and statured fighters.
Bretons: Paler skin (between nord and imperial) slightly shorter than imperials, their ascetic appearance should reflect the lore. Flamboyant and artistic, neat hairstyles and generally "pretty" appearances.
Nords. Simpler looking people. Long, wild hairstyles, Tall stature and sturdy built. Pale skin and a strongly defined facial structure. As well as being "commoner" types the warriors should resemble vikings and celtic highlanders, clan tatoos, celtic knot patterns in tattos, armor, and weapons, and horned helmets.
Argonians. Like lizards. mroeso than Oblivion. They should move like animals (but on two legs) and move with the speed of animals, but have an inability to wear human-style boots.
Khajjit: The picture looks good. I would have also liked a more human Ohmes-raht sort of deal but there's always mods for that later on. Similar movement style to argonians, should move quickly in an animal-like fashion.
Redgaurds: Dark/brown skin obviously. Cropped hairstyles, curly haristyles, and dreadlocks If there were dreadlocks I'd totally play a redgaurd. These should look like people born under the sun, a fairly wiley, untamed, yet dignified appearance.
Orcs: Brutish yet respectable. Clan tattoos on their bodies and faces, scars of war... I like the picture that was posted, but some darker and more desaturated skin would be nicer. Was never a fan of the intense green.
Wood Elf: No more of that short stuff. Braided hairtysles decorated with flowers, these people shouldn't look like a walking joke, they should look elegant, free spirited, and yet nature-temepered (for the most part) they live in the woods, don't make them look like chuckling little imps, make them look like wild spirits with a hardy constitution.
High Elf. Tall, graceful and dignified. Should be somewhat muscular, tall, and have a well balanced frame. These are 'well bred" people and the appearance should probably resemble it.
Dunmer: these are people that have endured thousands of years living in one of the most inhospitable places, and then survived the catastrophic explosion of their homeland. The fires of vvardenfell should burn in their eyes and they should all look hardened and stern
