I always seemed to miss it.
When does it start? Will the artists I found play? Is it good?

When you leave the Tops heading toward Freeside, on your left next to the gate to Gomorrah/Lucky 38 is a large sign with the ingame start times for each show. All the talents you recruited will have their own showtimes.

7-10pm. The promoter tells you when you turn in all your performers.

If you sit and wait and listen to the pvssyr, someone will go on stage during those hours; it doesn't take too long. We went up and did some Karaoke for laughs.

I think it started around 1 or 2pm, with a new act every 2 hours. It went fine for me, apart from the country-guitarist guy, who sang, but was invisible.

The only act I've managed to see so far is Hadrian, and even then he was stood with his back to the audience whilst doing his bit.

In one game the black guy that sings got stuck on stage, stopped singing, and stood there 24 hours a day. In the next game everything works fine, all of them go up and perform at the appropriate times.

I've never seen any of them perform. Been there at all the right times and everything. Kind of svcks really. And the times can be found on the sign in the strip.

I got it the other day, don't think I've tried to watch a show since. Doesn't hurt to try.

I've only seen one or two people perform, besides that they all stand around and talk to each other, sometimes saying things to me about how i'm the guy that killed Caesar. I go there at the right times and i have done the quest :/
