I think that the Kings have a barber if you're a member... but no plastic surgeon.

If you're on the PC, you can just use the console commands, they're still in place: "showbarbermenu" or "showplasticsurgeonmenu". Safer than "ShowRaceMenu" because you can't accidentally change races and bork your char's stats and perks up.

I am not aware of any. If you're on the PC you can always use the console, but that's tricky and you could lose all your perks. I found FP3 and OB to be easy to use (did it several times in each) but for some reason I could never get it to stick in my first playthrough. I took extra time for the second go around. :spotted owl:

Considering how cause and effect NV is, i wonder if plastic surgery would remove all reputation gains/losses from your character if Obsidian implemented it.

Well, you can get implants.

Devs should have included hair/face options at that clinic.

Where exactly is this clinic? I cant seem to find it.

it's east of the crimson caravan company, just look on your local map when you exit from the east exit and you should find it.
