Concerned for the DLC sake

When i 1st saw the expansion for NV i was excited for more and was hoping that the developers would not make similar mistakes involving DLC that had occured in FO3. The Pitt was cool. The 1st time. OA. Only went there twice for the loot at the end. MZ. Sure it had some nice points, but the level at which you could finally take down the Aliens the gear was a moot point anyway, also it played like a glitchy FPS. No matter my problems with the DLC i still enjoyed it all and many of them had nice rewards, xp and some interesting combat and game mechanics. However the best DLC was Point Lookout because it continued the open -world tradition and gave you this cool foreign area to explore.

Looking at Dead Money I notice striking similarities to The Pitt, in that since most of the city is hostile , it will be an area more like that of the Steelyard. Hopefully im wrong and they ramp up the open worldliness of this DLC and deliver on a setting that could be very neat. Some signs point to yes considering they raised the level cap meaning there should be enough content to get you those 5 levels.
