No BoS ending for independent? : Fallout: New Vegas

I chose to do go independent ending and I seem to be missing the brotherhood of steel in the ending.....

After getting Wild Card: Side Bets from Yes man I did every quest for the brotherhood of steel and got to the point in For the Republic Part 2 that I convinced them to side with the NCR (Yes I kept the first Elder) then I told yes man and that got checked off of the list. At the ending it didn't mention anything about them at all.

Where are they? One of the main reasons I went independent was just to see what happened to all of the minor factions. Did I mess up somewhere??

i believe you ending was either a bugg or becuase there where too many endings

the ending you should have got was:

Due to their temporary truce, the Brotherhood allowed the NCR to retreat from the Mojave Wasteland without incident. In the relative peace that followed, Brotherhood patrols appeared along major roads, harassing travelers over any bits of technology they had.

in my ending with yes man it said that they took over helios 1 and patroled the area inbetwen helios 1 and hidden valley and kept an eye on the i 15 or whatever that main highway is for pre war items or something like that
