Character Face Codes

There's a great feature in ME2 whereby your characters face is defined by a code. I do believe this was the case in Oblivion but the only place it could be utilized was in the ES Construction Kit. In ME this led to websites appearing where people would make celebrity/actor and film character likenesses and stick them in a huge repository, you could just paste a code in from one you liked and tada. I personally would be unlikely use a preset face for my main account, but I may be tempted to rework a template. Would anyone else benefit from them making this available?

Skyrim uses a similar face shape preset system as in Mass Effect.

Interesting.

When one used the face-gen process in Oblivion, and worked the sliders a bit, a respectable character was possible, even more tweaking was possible in the editor.

I like to try my own hand with whatever character creation process is presented. This is an important function for my gaming experience.

The respository idea could provide a good back-up for those less inclined to play with the CC, and some folks, with a good hand and eye, design and provide for use, very attractive characters.

So, I am not against this idea, but do want to design my own character.
