As the title states the Bravil mage guild quest is broken for me. I talk to Kud Ei and she goes through the dialogue but the quest does not advance and she dosent give me the items. I have reloaded all the way back to where I came out of the prison and that dosent help. Tried doing the Dreamworld quest first, concurrent and not at all. Nothing seems to help. Any thoughts? Do I just need to completely reroll or maybe even reinstall?

Did a full re install and deleted my saved games, restarted and still busted. Guess I am not going to by head of the mages guild

Since I take it that you have the game for PC then I'd recommend looking at this page:

In the Notes section near the bottom of the page it outlines a method for advancing though this quest by using the developer console (default key ` which is the key left of number 1 and above TAB). By typing in:

setstage MG03Illusion 100

you should be able to skip right to the end of the Bravil Mages' Guild quest.

I think there's a bug in the quest that you have to complete her other quest "through a nightmare darkly" before you can do the recommendation quest.
