Hey all,

Ok so last night I did a quest to go and see Caesar. I have already confronted Benny, but I didn't do much with it because I am only level 17 and I would really like to level more before I get to the end of the game. Anyways some guy came to me and told me to visit Caesar. So I did. Now he is making me take the platinum chip and go to the weather station to go eff up Mr. House.

I don't want to do that yet though! So now I try and leave, and they want the platinum chip back. So am I'm screwed? Do I have to side with Caesar now? I mainly just went to visit him for the XP, but should I just reload before I went and did that so I'm not stuck there, or is there anyway to still receive the platinum chip because Caesar said they had Benny in custody. Help!

No, your side isn't chosen. Take the chip, do something and Caesar won't know the particulars.

Are you suggesting I just cap the guys by the door, and leave with the chip?

No. Caesar assumes you destroyed the robot army no matter what you did.

Nope, just go to the place Caesar wanted you to. You can decide what to do there :tops:

Oh ok sweet deal, but I won't be able to bring the platinum chip to Mr. House then right?

One thing you must always remember is... the game was rigged from the start.
its always... always true...

Once you do what Caesar wants (or Mr House) you get to keep the chip.

You can always leave the Fort anytime you like, and go back to Cottonwood Cove and pursue other aspects of the game.
The Platinum Chip however, will be left behind in the custody of the Legion.
