Slot machine bug

Has anyone else noticed that the slot machines seem to be bugged? The chips are not taken from your chip count when you pull the lever, the chips are only taken upon payout calculation.

For Example:

I have 200 chips, I bet max (200).

I spin the wheels, my count still says I have 200 chips. Realistically this should be a 0.

I get a cherry on my spin, that should pay out 400 chips. (2x bet). This part actually works correctly, I should now have 400 chips, 2 times my bet.

Then the payout is added to my chips but the bet was never taken out of my chip count. Now I have 600 chips.

From my experience, chips don't seem to be removed until you actually lose the hand/round.

I get what you're saying now.

The payout doesn't reflect the cost to play.

So if you have 200 chips and bet 200 and win 2x the bet you should only have 400 at the end, not 600. It should be subtracting your cost to play as part of the win/loss calculations. Instead it's just adding chips to your total if you win.

Exactly, I was playing slots yesterday and it just seemed like I was winning too much money from cherries. That is when I noticed that the bet doesn't come out first.

@cegorach, think of it like this, you go to a slot machine with a quarter. You insert the quarter into the machine, you no longer have that quarter. If you hit a cherry you should win 2 quarters. Essentially slots in this game are not making you pay the quarter unless you lose.
