I have 10k caps so I am wondering what gun I should buy.... I am playing on Hard + hardcoe and I am doing well except for for parts where I want to smash my controller due to enemies being annoyingly hard to kill :swear:

Really! <_< I hate that gun the reload time is really annoying, I was thinking more of the M-16 with scope..

I owned a Giant Ant Queen in under 3 seconds. I play HC Normal so I guess i can't talk, its all around great.

isnt the anti-materiel rifle sold there? if so buy that.

I prefer the trail carbine to the repeater. Ammo's harder to find but I don't care for the iron sight on the repeater. I gave my repeater to Cass and she seems to be enjoying herself with it.

My favorites are the Cowboy Repeater and the 9mm submachine gun.

I like the Mechine and that plasma shotgun. Forgot that it name is but it nothing more then a big plasma shotgun. Marksman rifle is nice.

Good choice. My favorite weapon. Once you get more caps I suggest the Light Machine Gun as well. I have that, an Anti-Materiel Rifle, and a suit of NCR Ranger Combat armor (mod, no legitimate way to obtain it without killing a veteran ranger :rolleyes:) Needless to say, my character is extremely badass.

I just found the gun runners yesterday, and then I talked to the robot and I was very surprised with the armors, caps, guns, ammo, etc; that he had, thats the best store I ever found. However after seeing those posts, I will buy the Anti-Material Rifle and the Incendiary Ammo, I dont remember seeing any of those though, is there a level requirement to certain items to appear? Or maybe I just didnt searched.. However I paid around 5800 caps for a hunting shotgun, since I had two mods for it, but now Im starting to think it wasn't a good deal.. Are hunting shotguns easy to find?

I picked up the assault carbine and loads of 5mm ammo. I also made sure to get over 1000 5mm AP rounds, drops Caesar's boys like a knife through butter. The marksman carbine is also a good choice, I prefer it to the sniper rifle because I find a lot more 5.56mm ammo than .308 ammo.

Do what I did.
