Changing weapon skill dilemma

Post » Tue Apr 13, 2010 12:21 am

I'm 55 each on both unarmed and energy. I would like to start pumping guns now as I find it, just as how it was back in FO3, is always more fun, varied and nicely designed than the rest. Would I have enough skill points to go around? I'm currently level 12 with 5 int, comprehension and educated (the one with additional points at level up).

I don't see why not. You get tons of skill points in this game. Too many!

You should be fine, I decided to pump guns up early on, it is sitting at 80 points and I'm at level 13. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Slightly related, but I was miffed when I looked at the melee specific perks, and how they vary wildly between sneak, melee and unarmed. You need near max levels of unarmed AND melee to get what are basically required perks to be successful. It gets to the point where you just have to ignore everything else if you want the perks by the time you get to them
