Considering how weapons and spells are equipped to the left and right hands I'm pretty sure you could be left or right handed if you wanted to.

Game as old as Ultima Underworld had choice of being left or right handed in character creation!

I'm right handed, but since I am used to clicking LMB to slash and RMB to block, I will play a left-hander for the sake of my own sanity.
