No doubt this has already been covered but does anyone know if Skyrim will have other crafting system outside of the regular alchemy for say weapons, armour or even clothes and jewellery??

Smithing and Crafting are in. What they do and how much we can do with them are unknown.

Smithing, Alchemy and Enchanting have all been confirmed I believe. Other things like cooking and woodcutting have also been mentioned, but whether they produce any worthwhile benefits has not been discussed at all.

Smithing is confirmed, as is cooking. Enchanting and alchemy are confirmed as well.
