If I make Veronica leave the Brotherhood and then subsequently blow up the Brotherhood base (on account of them not being above murder to their ends), will Veronica have a fit?

She will act normal during gameplay, but after you beat the game, she will pay her respects to the base.

So even if I have her as my companion as I set up the base after witnessing the Bros' murder of those Followers, she'll be okay with me?
