So last night when I tried to off Mr. House. I went to his computer screen only to end up getting attacked by his bots. So where the hell is this Wizard of Oz looking ahole? I think I want to end this game with it being independent. Any help would be appreciated!

In his penthouse there should be a computer terminal you can use to open the entrance to the elevator which'll take you to where his body is stored. I think you need 100 science or a keycard to access it though.

You can open the first door easily enough. But need to get the elevator door using high science or some other means (like keycard).

Well I have been in a elevator that takes me to the Presidential Suite and a few other places. Do I need to go like down in a basemant or something?

No.

When you're looking at the big TV screen with House on it, turn to your left, and there should be a wall with a terminal on it. Opening up the terminal (no password that I can recall) has one option, which is "Open Annex" or something like that. It'll open up the wall, and there'll be a small room/hall with a couple robots inside. Kill those and move to the end of the room/hall and there should be an elevator door on your left.
