i've finished the game so i reloaded my save at the beginning of the last area, fast travelled to the strip and now it won't let me fast travel anywhere else, it just says, "You cannot fast travel from this location." This happens everywhere i go.
YES i am outside.
NO i did not progress into the last area enough for the blocking of the fast travel.
