so I just completed the game on hardcoe and for some reason the achievement didn't unlock. I did not turn off hardcoe mode or even change the difficulty, did this happen to anyone else?

What platform are you on? From what I read, the PC or Steam is not giving out achievments right now.

I'm getting achievements in Steam, but I didn't get the hardcoe Achievement, despite starting in hardcoe and never turning it off and completing the game. Not that I particularly care, as all my characters will be playing on hardcoe, so the chance will come around again.

It is just another of those little annoying bugs in the game, like the Water Consumed counter never increasing and bought or found cards never adding themselves to your Caravan deck, or the radio stations not properly randomizing songs.

I'm on the Xbox 360

Now I am worried. That is a bug definently. So what else will go wrong on our 360s? Well hopefully it's a one time thing.
