Go to the Tops Casino in the New Vegas strip. When inside find Benny. Talk until you have the option relating to questions. Choose the one that says "I need someone to pay off my contact". He will give you 500 Caps, 250 Tops casino chips, and the Tops presidental suite key. Do this as many times as pleased. When done, you can A. Do some Gamboling, B. Turn in the chips for caps, legion currency, or NCR $. Or C. BOTH!

Idk why you would wanna cheat in the first place. I mean, infinite caps? whats the point that means you insta win everything with just sheer amount of money to buy stuff with. [censored].

This is the "Cheats, Hints, and Spoilers" section, so... I guess the better question is, why are you in this section? I imagine one would want unlimited caps in the same way people wanted 30 lives in Contra or to put God mode on in Doom: to rip through the game with as little difficulty as possible.

You can always play Caravan for nearly endless funds legitimately. And with the existence of this glitch that the OP mentioned, why bother with one that you have to take extra effort to do, like deleting patches?

Exactly. Caravan ain't that hard and if you combine that with a merchant playing caravan you can buy all his stuff AND leave with his/her money in YOUR pocket
