Hey guys im on the quest oh my papa i cant find melessia at the encampent in qurrey junction would a side quest you do with here before this one interfear with it?

I had same problem - but it turned out not to matter that I never found her during the quest (Oh, my Papa), Do ALL the rest of the quest then return to "Papa"

i tried that i met with the guy at the drug lab, got the slave leger, talked to the second in command about it and still he wont buge

I had met her before "Papa" quest started, and yes, she did disappear. BUT - I was able to complete quest without killing Papa by doing ALL the rest of quest. It was like Melissa's portion of quest was either ignored or marked complete

I also met her before the quest as well. Then several game days later I started the "oh papa" quest and she wasnt there. I then load a previous save thats was only a couple of hours later she was there.
