There's a series of 20 images under that article and I don't think I've seen #7 before. I probably just missed it but who is that with the winged helmet standing on the serpent?

nafaalilargus seems pretty friendly, if not more civilized than most of the characters in the game.
and cyrus was the one who initiated battle, not the dragon :P

It's a shrine for Talos. You could simply right click it and say "show details" :)

Duh, thanks. :D So the helmed warrior is Tiber Septim. I'm still learning the lore...who does the serpent represent? Any particular entity or maybe just evil in general. :)

Probably Alduin, but I don't know. I think that statue is based on a typical norse artwork, consisting on a guy in the very same position killing a snake. The snake represented evil in general, as you have said.
