Ok, well I was in a rush, and I skipped the conversation you have with the "King" after you --
*Possible Spoiler*
I talked to the N.C.R. Troopers instead of killing them with "Pacer".
*Possible Spoiler End*
And I got ONE favor from the "King"
I looked through the decisions, and chose, Free Passport to Strip.
I skipped the convo. and I don't know where to go to get the pass-port

"On completion of the quest The King gives you a couple options for a reward, one of them is to get a free passport at Mick and Ralph's store located by Freeside's East Gate, otherwise the passport is 500 caps. If you have a high enough barter skill, there is an option when talking to Ralph to lower the price to 375 caps."

When the securitron asks for 2000 caps, they just check if you're good for money and you don't have to pay (good news), but you have to have 2000 caps to pass the credit check (bad news)

You all do realize this is the General Discussion, not the Cheats, etc., section, so put your spoilers in a spoiler box. Anyways, the above post is correct.( I think)
