Compatibility and you

I have a question. I want to use some body replacers. I downloaded Exnem's eye candy for female and I want Robert's male body. Will that make all vanilla (and vanilla based) clothes and armor incompatible with the bodies and will I be required to download replacers?

I'm a little confused because I haven't used body replacers for Oblivion yet.

well you should be fine really, taking exnems for example, you can use the exnems body and vanilla clothing, you will get "fitting" issues around the joins in the body parts in some cases (for example, if the character has no shirt on, and trousers of some sort on, it will be the vanilla trouser mesh, and the exnems upper body mesh, and they won't quite "fit" properly around the waist) that's my understanding of it anyway, so if you want nice "neat" joins between like a naked upper half and clothed lower half you would want clothing replaces that change the meshes around (there is a full set of this for exnems, although i am unsure about Roberts) but if your character is going to be decked out in full armor or wearing nothing at all at times i really don't think there is going to be much of a visible problem, of course, if you didn't go for the armor replaces all vanilla clothing would still be using the vanilla meshes

I think i got all that right

If a mod is built in its own Worldspace, it should be compatible with any mod right?

Well unless the entrance into the worldspace conflicts or something..

Thank you very much for the guide.

I have a question though.

Here's the example that was posted in the guide:

Example: (letters = load order):
Mod A: Changes the gold of Thoronir.
Mod B: Changes his face.
Mod C: Changes his clothes.
Mod D: Puts a new sword in his vendor chest.
Mod E: Changes his vendor behavior to selling spells and also gives him a couple to sell.
Mod F: Sets his level a bit higher.

Now, since all of these mods are changing different things does this mean that I could put them into a Bashed Path using Wyre Bash and then they would all work together? Or will it still not work because it's changing the same entry?

I have GOTY, I installed OOO 34 Beta 5 I think

So I started a new character, admired Renaults armor then I went to the first Mythic Dawn attack, everything seems normal, then I face and turn the rats, kill em with Renaults sword and after I kill them I see that the chests are these weird Kite Shaped things with what looks like an exclamation mark in it, I desperately want to use OOO

What I think I did wrong:
1) because of how my system is I couldn't use the mod inputer thing so I dropped the files off into the correct folder then messed with the plugins.txt to make it
# This file is used to tell Oblivion which data files to load.
# Use the "data files" option in the Oblivion launcher to choose which files
# you want. Please do not modify this file.

Oblivion.esm
Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm
DLCShiveringIsles.esp
Knights.esp
DLCSpellTomes.esp
DLCThievesDen.esp
DLCOrrery.esp
DLCMehrunesRazor.esp
DLCVileLair.esp
DLCFrostcrag.esp
Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp

previously I tried it with OOO at the end

What confuses me is that Renault's Armor shows up fine but the Chests are amiss

anyone understand?

I have a left-handed mod and a mod that makes longswords go over your shoulder when not drawn. I have never used them together. Will they conflict?
