So I've just completed the game from start to finish on hardcoe and I didn't get the hardcoe trophy. What gives?

I believe this is a known bug.

I wouldn't worry about it. Trophies/achievements/whatever are meaningless.

Just be glad you can actually play the game. I've heard that a -lot- of console users are having problems.

EDIT: Also, it may not be a bug. Did you turn hardcoe mode off at -any- point during your game? If so, you won't get the trophy.

No, I kept hardcoe on from the beginning to the end.

I didn't get one either, I don't really care though lol

If your on PC did you use console commands? If you use any of them, even to get yourself unstuck your lose the ability to receive any achievements.
