So I'm presently doing some quests for the Boomers. According to Raquel, the Boomers have been ordered not to fire at me. In fact, they were supposed to stop firing at me at the gate when I first got to Nellis Airforce Base but they didn't stop and I almost died while talking to the lady that finally lets me in. Everytime I am near the entrance to the base, they still fire at me. In fact, they even killed the old man with whom I made the 300 cap bet with before making my run to the base.

I am wearing my light metal armor and NCR beret. I tried removing the beret but they still fired anyway. I tried searching for answers but found nothing. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
