Doing NCR side quests : Fallout: New Vegas

Before I start doing more of the Yes Man quests. Is it still possible to do the NCR side quests after I fail the Dont Trend On the Bear Quest. Or will they just hate me after that

right now I just received the dont trend on the bear quest and I am 'accepted' with the ncr. Should I just do all the ncr side quests like Helios and such before I do any more main quest

I'm accepted by these jagbags, but I think because I killed someone at Camp McCarren they basically hate me. I don't really get it, but where would be some side quests I could do without getting caught by a guard?

Woah, how on this planet, could you have accidentally killed someone in McCarran?(Much less, intentionally "offed" someone)
If accidentally,LOL, revert back to a previous save(yeah, yeah, time is too friggen precious, to revert)(if so, why are you wasting it, playing a video game?)

Lets just say i was under the influence and then after I did it and cleared the area I hit quick save... I don't care anymore really [censored] the NCR as far as I'm concerned.. It just svcks because I missed a lotta quests

I'm almost 23 looking for more quests

I sided with Mr. House, and am a "smiling troublemaker" with the NCR. I've had no problems doing NCR side quests.
