No matter what order I do things, check the terminal, fix the panels, recheck the terminal, kill the ants, set/activate the emitter, activate the generator switches, speak to/get thanked by Loyal, Raquel still asks why the power is still off and says "it still it seems you have some work to do" and the terminal still shows the error code. I've done this during the day BTW.

Did you check all the arrays on the roof? I think there are 5...you may have missed one?

It has nothing to do with the arrays. Did you hit all THREE switches? There's two near each other and one on a platform at the top of the first flight of stairs up from the bottom level. There's actually two sets of stairs leading up to it. Activate the quest "Ant Misbehavin'" if you can't find it.

The "work to do" is actually misleading. You have the get idolized in Nellis. That's it. And did you help out the doc? Listen to the kid in the museum? Give toys to the kids outside or charm them with your dazzling Charisma (7)
