I was just in the topps casion and then i found out i lost my followers so i went to go get them and when i try to get back into the strip it saids i need a key.I have more than enough caps for the cap check or whatever and im accepted dose anyone know whats going on

That's a known bug, load an earlier save and try heading there again. PC users have a console command to get around it, while 360 and PS3 users have to reload (or use the monorail if you are friendly with the NCR / have not blown it up yet).

A bug, probably.

However, you can get a key of the Securitron Gatekeeper, or a fake passport from Mick + Ralphs. If it helps.

I firgure it out lol i took the monarail there ncr likes me lol but still its a hassel they should fix that anyone know when the next update for xbox 360 is comein out
