dynamic natural effects

i have some ideas, i think they would help the game a lot. i think the dynamic snow idea could be edited to get half of this whilst the other half a decent material system and nice particle/decal effects.


dynamic snow idea doesnt have to be snow now does it?

i think it would be VERY good to use this for dust in ancient caves. i think it would also be great for an ashstorm in a daedric princes realm...


WATER!!!

how good would it be if water made things look wet?
rain could roll down anything hard.. poor down rooftops, fall of edges, trickle down roads and possibly form preset puddles . ( but id be happy if it simply made things shiny and reflective)
if running through water made nice directional splashes and...
if everything had a wet shader... fur to appear damp, rock,metal and stone to appear shinny etc


if wet dirt could turn into mud.. and possibly roll down slopes. perhaps flecks of mud could fly when stepped upon and dirty things. (actually- water, mud and blood would pretty much work the same way with a few minor differences)
rain could roll down anything hard.. poor down rooftops, fall of edges etc (would be nice with blood aswell...)

They already said that there's dynamic water, wnd creates waves in the surface of rivers and lakes.

I'd love to see more realistic blood flowing from open wounds or corpses rather than the "splash" effect we had before.
