I just noticed that the upgrade screen in the suite at the 38 has caps. It had over 800! I sold it a bunch of stuff. Can't wait to see if it keeps my stuff and reloads the caps. Pawn Stars FONV style.

Yes, its very wierd, you give caps to a computer and it gives caps to you, how does it do that, it looks like a regular terminal. :shrug:

It actually doesnt respawn, everything is static, I think it's merely a thing to drain your caps so you can spend some money somewhere.

My terminal respawns. It shows up with about 2400 caps, I sell it stuff, the list of stuff I've sold it never changes, so it's always there for later, and the caps reset. It's like someone paying me to store my stuff. I haven't checked to see if I have to buy it back at a higher price, ie: if barter skill effects the prices just like other vendors, but if it does, I could just consider it a "convience fee".
