6. maybe from this picture we can assume there would be some kind of woodcutting in the forests, looking at the tree on the right, maybe...

That would be AWESOME!
After having an epic battle with a BIG dragon his body falls into the base of a mountain ... after playing a lot of quests, you go back to the same area and you see the bones and a big skull reminding you how epic that battle was...
Please do that.

Like in Shadow of the Colossus. You could go back and see the remains of the Colossi you took down.

6.trees will fall by using woodcutting :trophy:
9.Major Dragons will become a part of the landscape when killed
11.dragons will do damage to buildings when they attack citys
13.when trees are cut down they will grow back over months/weeks

Kind've a shame this isn't happening. Apparently they cut a lot of content out of Oblivion just so they could squeeze it all onto one disc.

Can't complain too much though, considering that mods pretty much provide unlimited possibilities when it comes to content.

I'd add lutes are playable to the list.

Or am I behind the times and has this been confirmed?

Those rumors are awesome, especially about the major dragons staying after a battle but I wouldn't want them to decay, just be frozen and preserved as an icy homage to our battle.

Guys, in order to be a rumor, a number of people must acknowlege it and it needs perhaps a shred of proof. So, saying "there will be purple unicorns, i want this" is not a rumor. Just a heads up. For example: There may be Non - hostile dragons. This is a rumor because it has been neither confirmed or denied, and is a widly known question.

I'm going to call for a source on the "trees can be cut down" rumor. I recall the interviews all saying that chopping wood was in, but the ability to fell a tree has never been explicitly stated.

I think that you should really have a source listed next to ever "confirmed" rumor.
