I am in between the quests of the Legion asking me to make an alliance with the White glove society and reverting them into Cannibalism.

I completed the quest but then it glitched on me and it kept telling me I double crossed him, and then he would tell me that it would happen after 7 oclock.
I kept waiting for 24 hours and he kept telling me the same thing.

Besides all this, I am only working for Caeser to get the assassination quest. I don't really want to ally him with the white glove society or anything along those lines.
I would actually much rather kill the cannibals.

Any way of getting around all this and not getting on Caesers bad side?
And if theres not, what did I do wrong in the Meat quest for that to glitch on me like that?
