Hey guys, i need to find Hardin to tell him about some information so he can become elder and bring down McNamara, and i've got the information, but i can't find him anywhere in the bunker. Anyone know where he is in the bunker?

He should be in the command centre down a little corridor on your left, there's a little room and he was always chilling in there for me

follow the quest marker?

You can normally find him in the side room off where McNamara is always sitting.

for you guys that have done it, do you think i should help Hardin? i've got a lot of positive karma with the NCR, so not sure how that will go down.. but yeah i wouldn't mind actually joining the BoS if possible..

I helped Hardin. I isolated the virus, located what he needed etc. I even completed all of Mcnamaras quests and then told Hardin. Hardin told me to come back in a few days, he has a lot of work to do. The elder says Hardin is bringing charges against him, he needs time to work on it.

This was 20+ hours ago... I still go back to the bunker periodically to check and still the same thing. Hardin still says he needs time and the elder says he needs time. I mean how much longer do I have to wait? It's been 6 months in game time and like 20 saves later for me.

Are you waiting or sleeping i've found it makes a difference, altough time passes when you wait for some reason the game does not seem to acept it, i've found you need to sleep for some quests to accept that the time has passed.

I'm going to try it now. How long do I need to sleep on "my bed" for it to count? Is it the same amount as for rested>?

I slept for the same time and it seemed to work for me so i would asume so.

I did not help him, different rewards for helping or not helping.

This was one of those quests that I peaked in my collectors edition guide to see what was going to happen.
