Monorail Broken? -SPOILERS-

Post » Sat Jul 17, 2010 8:13 pm

After I defused the bomb on the Monorail, I reported to Colenol Hsu and the quest was done, right? Then, I waited three days, and put on an NCR Disguise and went to the Monorail. I would press -e- to take the Monorail, but nothing would happen. I tried over and over, but nothing worked. I would really like to take the Monorail to the Strip, but it doesn't work. Is it because I've never been to the Strip before?

HELP!

You don't need the Monorail. You could:

Pass the credit check of 2000 caps, you do not have to pay, you just have to earn 2000 caps and show them by selecting "Pay" 2000 caps, they are testing to see if you are good for money. So when you "pay" it doesn't say you lost 2000 caps

Yes but I don't have 2000 caps yet.

That's the whole reason I chose the Monorail.

You could complete the King's quest, GI Blues, and get yourself in the Strip or go to Mick and Ralph's and talk to Ralph and ask for other services and he would forge a passport for a cost. Also, how hard is it to get 2000 caps? I got it at level 7.
