I believe it's power armor or enclave armor not a spoiler at all. Unless it's power armor, and its fallout 3. In which case its a slight spoiler.

The Armor on the Cover is NCR Combat Armor, the Helmet is a "Ranger Helmet", which cannot be repaired without (unconfirmed) the Jury Rigging Perk.
The DT on the Armor is 20, the Helmet is 3

The armor with the duster? That's NCR Ranger Combat Armor.

It's NCR Ranger Veteran armour. You won't see it till you're a way through the main quest.

That barely a spoiler at all... not to mention whether you wear/get the armor or not has nothing to do with the actual story line, or game play.
