Pouchs confirmed and possibility of pauldrons

Post » Mon Aug 02, 2010 11:23 am

Honestly that didn't prove a thing. (As I already mentioned that this new picture was tall and humanoid, and yet your link refers to something completely different, short, slouchy, and different color tone.)
Secondly, I never said I was right or wrong, im just stating that the "goblin" as you say, is very humanoid in structure compared to past goblins.

He is wearing a helm, so I don't see how you can call him more humanoid than before if we can't really see his face... His body looking more human I would almost agree with, but from that angle (i.e. slouched over a sword) I can't particularly tell. I'm also pretty sure that that's part of the outfit. @ the OP: some of the cuirasses from Oblivion looked like that up close. In fact, a lot of them did. And as to the first picture....the thing on the left is definitely a scabbard. And what doe sthe pouch have to do with anything? Doesn't really prove anything, dude.

That's. Not. A. Dunmer.

The skin tone seems to match the greyer Dunmer from Morrowind perfectly, if you ask me. The only doubt is that the back of his arms look rather dirty and...scaly.

As others have said, this is not really a confirmation. It sounds more like an attempt to force a confirmation of pauldrons, just so that we don't need to worry anymore :)

I remember way back it was confirmed hot keyed/favorited items will appear on your character.

The amount or what would be shown I'm not sure.

Seriously? I hadn't heard that, that's awesome! I can finally have a quiver and bow on my back, while I have a sword on my hip!

Sorry if this has already been stated in a previous page.

As you can see in this picture, the main character has a small pouch below his belt. (And for a bonus, there's also a second object on the opposite side of the belt, but im not sure what that is..either a scabbard or a torch maybe?)

This picture shows a pauldron on the left side of the dunmer, although im not sure if this is either connected to the cuirass or not.

The pouch is just part of the armour or outfit and the other thing on the other side is the sword holster thingy

I'm not sure to the extent though so It may only be one, two, or three items or something like that.

more than likely that is not an actual "armor" that is probably an addon to it, it has no purpose it just makes the armor different from the same type of armor, they had this in fallout

I think it's part of the outfit, but I could be wrong.

That's quite possible, and my suspicion, in Oblivion, you could see pauldrons on characters when you wear armor too, they were just part of the cuirass, so the question is not whether pauldrons are modeled in the game, it's whether they're seperate items or just a part of the cuirass, and just seeing a picture of an armored character who has a pauldron on one arm won't tell us that, it could well just be the style of that armor.

Could just be part of the armor model... Saying that because it's there it's a special object or something is kinda silly. We could also then say buildings are there, so we must be able to build them ourselves! and so forth.

As for the second picture, I hope that animation is improved... why is his hand open so much, as if he is holding another weapon? He also is barely making contact with the enemy. T.T
