I looked around the forums for an answer to my question but haven't found one yet. The question being: Why does Veronica still want to convince the Elder to lift the lockdown, if I already had McNamara lift the lockdown?

possible that the her script lagged behind. ignore it. one time i had her and her script about the brotherhood and her place in it never got started. so don't worry about it.

Yeah it only just happened, I haven't even left the bunker yet. So I suppose she might talk to me about it later.
Also, I don't have the bug where she stops following me.

Does it matter wether I let McNamara lift the lockdown before Veronica talks to here or after?

This is so weird. Even when I have finished still in the dark and THEN let Veronica talk to the elder, it's like it never happened!
I still want to do Veronica's quest, but this whole thing just bugs me alot, because it's so illogical. Could someone tell me what my options are at this point?

She doesn't just want to lift the lockdown. She wants the Brotherhood to be more open and start accepting outsiders and making themselves a niche in the wider wasteland society. Even if the lockdown is lifted, Veronica is still worried the Brotherhood will collapse.

I see. Then I will just finish her quest as normal. Kind of stupid of me I didn't think of this.

I now have a different problem, I want to bring the vault 22 data to elder mcnamara, but I already completed There stands the grass, I tried the console command setstage 00145f85 110, and this should set the quest to the point where I have to return the data to the elder, but It does nothing. The console does not even say whether I did anything wrong. Why does this not work?

The elder doesn't want the data, he wants HEPA filters.

Did it come up as an option when talking to Veronica, example - one of the other choices that I had already done through another quest showed as a topic when talking to Veronica that It was not a possible option anymore. I was wondering myself what would happen if that quest was already completed as I'm on another run through.
