I cant seem to get the key to the searchlight fire station from logan. the quest is not available to me because a while back i killed a guy in nipton and it said i failed a quest. looking back i think he was involved in this quest. i have killed logan but no keys on him. what do i do???

Did the same thing on accident just now, but out of fear of not getting my favorite weapon without using console commands I just reloaded. Boxcars is free to live another day for now :gun:

that svcks cuz i did that at like level 5. i am now level 19. nothing that far back. uuuhhgggggggg.......

Yeah, I always get a bit "eh" whenever I kill someone and there's a quest fail. I always think to myself, "I wonder what this dude / gal is part of.." and then I just quickload. Most of the time. I don't think you'll exactly miss not having Knock Knock once you get something like Oh Baby!, but its a pretty good melee weapon at lower levels.

Do not kill random people if you don't have to is moral of this story
