Those mutilated body parts you find in the REPCONN building- are they useful for anything at all?

I'm fairly certain that the answer is no, they're just clutter items that serve no practical function for the player, much as the same items were when they appeared in Fallout 3. What seems baffling to me is that I could only find legs and organs, in Fallout 3, there were also other parts as well.
