I really hope it won't be over the top here. I agree it's not what you usually expect from an Elder Scrolls game.

Like I already said, I hope if they have it it won't be overkill like in FO, but I'd like to have some dismemberment possible. It would be cool to have it incorporated.

And tbh even fallout's dismemberment wasn't something to get queasy about, so I don't think having a lesser amount (especially in a game that'll certainly be rated M) would take away from the game.
