Hello. It seems that in new vegas caps are much easier to come by. There's so much more loot that goes for way better prices, depending on your barter skill. A lot of the weapons I have go for 2500 caps or more, yet I'm unable to find any shop keepers that have that much money to pay me for my loot. The only guys I can think of that have a decent amount of caps are Mick and Ralph. So let's get a list of shopkeepers we can sell or buy stuff from.
