If I ask Mother Pearl to allow Janet to come to Nellis to see Jack, does that use up the request she said I could ask for? I want the request to be for an alliance with the NCR so I don't want to use it up. Thanks!

I think I used a speech check to allow Janet to come to Nellis, for the sake of Jack's happiness.
After that I could still ask the Boomers to help me in a possible upcoming battle.
