Is it possible to open the door in the overseers quarters that is marked "inaccessible".Its past the first security room where the hall way splits left to the stairs and right to the last security room, its to the left. Also, does anyone know how to get into that room that can be seen from the port hole in the overseers office that has the 3 security guards in it?

Pretty sure you can't. That's supposed to be the armory you're looking at from the port hole, only it's not.
It's sort of a non-playable version of the armory that's just there for looks. It's not the actual cel you enter
when you're in the armory. I'm sorry, but English is not my primary language and I'm not sure how to
explain it in another way.

Armory is on a different floor. Any door that says "inaccessible" was either for cosmetic looks or cut from gameplay I guess.
