Not "just" to buy from him, but he does have a couple you can complete to improve his inventory.

Personally, I've never seen 40mm rounds from the Gun Runners, which is surprising considering how they always 25mm HE rounds on sell. Could be another vendor list issue. Who knows.

Nope. I've got 90 repair with the hand loader perk. Nothing about 40mm - or 25mm for that matter - grenades showing up in the reloading bench.

Silly game... creating 25 and 40mm grenades should be a simple job really. They'll probably implement it sometime in the future.

Heck is there normal non he 25 mm all I ever find are he rounds.... and ya for some reason there are almost no 40 mm rounds anywhere. chet sometimes has them and so does the dinobites gun runners had never had them before the patch but does have a few sometimes after the patch.

As far as I know there are no he 40 mm for that matter. Wish to god there were at least bulk rounds of each.

I wish I could craft 'special' ammo (AP,HP) and be able to breakdown 12.7mm ammo. Also the Boomers carry 40mm ammo but gettig to them is a bit trick. They're located in

But I say try more vendors, Mick and the Khan's armory may surprise you.

40mm is very rare ammo, if a shop sells it the shop will sell very little.

also check with the munitions manager guy at Nellis, he has them too sometimes

Regular 25mm and 40mm grenades are extremely rare. The expensive 25mm variants, not so much. 40mm incendiaries are almost non-existent. It's odd 'cause both get fired from automatic weapons.

The explosive weapons need some TLC.
