So I've collected all 7 of the snow-globes and I know that "Jane" would give me 2000caps and store them in my apartment but I've killed Mr.House in a previous quest. So my question is what shall I do with my Snow-globes. Keep them, sell them or play with them ?

They're pretty much just stuck in your inventory now. Unless times have changed, they are a quest item and quest items cannot be removed from your inventory. So you can't sell them or even play with them

You can enjoy the glowy sense of accomplishment from having found them all though!

If you want these things displayed, you pretty much have to keep House Alive until you have collected all of them and given them to Jane.

To bad the display stand won't take them directly (even with no payment given)
