Translation of Part 2 (google translation with some errors fixed)

Thank you!
- How do actors react to this? Will they engage more?

- Yes, it's something we've noticed. We can imagine, "Liam Neeson would be a wonderful father for this game," and actually be able to get Liam Neeson on the team. It is probably because the series has become more well known, but video games have generally been given more leeway in the collective consciousness. For many actors, it is cool to do voice acting for video games, and it's not about money. It's good art, and the agents tell them that it's good for their career.

I really really hope Liam Neeson was not just used as an example. He is one of the best voice actors imo.

Kind of a dumb question, but does Todd speak Finnish Norwiegen?? Or was the original inteview done in English and then translated to Finnish? And we're now translating it back to English?

No, before when they were talked about as "Finishing moves", you assume that means an attack that should kill an opponent. Now they basically just confirmed the animation of shoving your sword hilt deep into their chest is just the animation of a power attack. Not a finishing move, just a stronger move.

Not sure what you read, but I always understood it would just be a special move that would passively play when you kill a character, not a special move you actively do to try to kill a character with it.

If that is the case, then you need not worry. All you have to do is a select a different quest than the one you are working on and the arrows will mean absolutely nothing to you.

Except that the game is designed around the quest compass so that its impossible to actually finish quests without using it, because NPCs don't give any directions or hints, they just mark it on your compass. What a load of bs.

"We think we've solved that problem this time. All skills will make you go up in experience level, but the higher the amount of experience you have in a skill, the greater the impact it has on leveling."

No idea what he means here, could someone explain in oblivion terms please?

In Oblivion, only your Major Skill affected leveling, while in Skyrim, all of your skills affect your leveling. Say for example, you have a Destruction skill of 27, and you raise it to 28. That attributes say 0.8 "experience" towards your next level. You also have a 1H Weapon skill of 76, and you raise it to 77. That attributes say 1.5 "experience" towards your next level.
