radiant story possible issue

it seems like with radiant story, there would have to be at least double the amount of dialogue in the game. like if a kill a quest giver, and someone takes his place, they would need dialogue to replace his. and they would have to do that for every single quest. seems like a bit too much to me.

I'm not sure if this has been confirmed or not, but can't the quest giver just be essential?

I know, lol. I was thinking this the other day. They must define who, what, where etc that can be used in radiant story, then they have to have those things all said by voice actors. So depending on how much can change in any given radiant story quest they may have to have every voice actor go through a long list of things to say. I do remember Todd or someone saying rewards are never named specifically for completing a quest. So that's one less thing they have to record maybe?

no they said in a magazine that they use very vague directions, like go to the dungeon NE of here and there could be like 5 different dungeons

Oh did they? I don't get magazines, but that would be easier I guess... Except for the guessing the right dungeon to go to :). This is probably why they scrapped having all the quests being radiant story ones, to vague and uninteresting. Go to this cave -insert direction- from here and rescue -insert name- from the -insert baden-, and I'll give you a reward.

MQ quest givers are essential

Everyone else can be killed (except the precious children)

The firmware update for the Xbox360 (The weakest link in terms of data storage) was rolled out, so the new Discs that offer 1GB of additional space are now supported, and hopefully Skyrim will make use of this, especially, and related to the thread, 1GB is a lot of additional dialog, though personally, I'd rather have it used to add more equipment.
