Okay, the game makes extensive use of Form Lists to decide what items/effects/etc. are affected by certain things. This is very effective, but has the problem of items missing from form lists and therefore not working correctly.

In some cases it's the item that's broken, not the Form List. Food Sanitizers have almost no items in their form list because they weren't meant to be placed in the game at all, so we exclude them.

The pre-order bonuses seem to have a fundamental error where the custom items aren't included in the needed form lists for any of the perks that should apply to them. This is bad design.

Ant Nectar's addiction effect isn't included in the list that can be cured with Fixer or a Doctor. This is a "reload an earlier save" level of mistake.

What I'm looking for is the really silly ones.

Like, That Gun not making it on the Cowboy perk list even though J.E. Sawyer reported it was included and the gun was only in the game due to fan pressure. Thankfully this was fixed in the last patch.

The one that made me laugh yesterday was Vault 21. Since I started a new game, I hung on to the Vault 21 jumpsuit that Doc Mitchell gives you specifically to give it to Sarah. Turns out, while she will accept suits from the other vaults, she won't accept an actual Vault 21 jumpsuit. A true WTF moment.
